Face-verified entry

Every visitor faces the kiosk camera before admission. A capture photo and face signature are stored on the visit record, so each entry is backed by evidence, not a logbook signature.

Exit scans that catch the wrong face

Checking out is a scan. The kiosk matches the face against everyone currently inside, and if a resident faces the camera instead, it alarms immediately and files an incident with the capture photo.

Visitor registration by QR code

First-time visitors register a visit at a posted QR code with no account or app. The request appears on the guard's kiosk as a queue card, ready to admit.

Returning visitors scan and go

The kiosk recognizes visitors from past visits and prefills their details for the guard to confirm. Recognition only prefills the form; a fresh photo and scan are still recorded on every visit.

Visitor limits enforced automatically

Set a maximum number of concurrent visitors per resident. Pending requests reserve slots, and the kiosk rejects admissions past the limit, with no counting left to the guard.

Reports built for accountability

A live dashboard shows who is inside right now, per resident. Export a date-range CSV with one row per visitor visit: identity details, times in and out, exit method, and flagged incidents.
