A student's face is photographed once, at enrollment, and stored privately, accessible only through expiring signed links. The gate scan keeps no photo: the image is recognized on our servers and discarded.

₱80 per student per school year

An annual rate with the option to pay per semester.

Up to 250 students: ₱18,000₱1,800 per month
251 to 500 students: ₱30,000₱3,000 per month
501 to 800 students: ₱50,000₱5,000 per month
801 to 1,200 students: ₱80,000₱8,000 per month
1,201 to 2,000 students: ₱125,000₱12,500 per month

Monthly figures are the annual rate spread across the 10-month school year. Includes School Form 2 and staff daily time records generated from gate scans, announcements pushed to every guardian, and visitor records. Public institution, college, or university?
